We begin one-on-one behind the scenes with you, and in parallel, with a fellow leader. You become truth-tellers & comrade-in-arms for each other. You also become catalysts for transformation in others -- which is when we introduce BUILT to Lead "practices" to begin building chemistry with you & your whole leadership team.
