At our most recent Band practice I was seared – twice.
Doug, your words matter because of the man behind the words. Words without experience, intent, meaning and action are just that – words.
Your words matter to me because you model the way. You ‘walk the walk’…which is a galaxy away from ‘talking the talk’.
I am deeply appreciative of all that you have poured into me and built into me ‘AS IF’ your life depended on it.
I will take what you have given me and ‘pay it forward’ with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength.
