When I think about success and elite performance, my fellow BTL Builder, Andy, now comes to mind. We recently played 7 good minutes, and if you’ve ever played before, you know—it’s never enough time.
Andy is a former head coach of The Ohio State University women’s rowing team, and to give you an idea of what I mean by ‘elite,’ here are just a few of his many accomplishments.

- He was Named Big Ten Coach of the Year 6 times
