Do the work. Stop worrying about those that are ahead of you. Stop lamenting how far you have to go. Stop thinking about how great you could be. Stop trying to hype yourself up that you’re better than you think you are or better than others say you are. Do the work.
Think less, worry less, wish less…work more. If you want to be elite at anything – sports, sales, leadership, etc….do the work. Build trust with yourself by consistently doing the things that make you better. That’s the recipe to start feeling better about yourself and your path.
And when you start getting down on yourself? Take a minute to look back at how far you’ve come, let that fill your sails, and then get back to work and get better. Do. The. Work.

Good shit, Rach.
