Train your brain

There’s value in being an overcomer, a gamer, a grinder. AND…when what you’re having to overcome and grind against is your own brain and your own negative self talk, it becomes exhausting. Self sabotage is no fun, even if you’re capable of overcoming it. Get your brain on your side so that you can grind against the obstacles the world throws at you with your brain as an ally.

Get your brain to be your biggest hype man/woman. Get your brain gassing you up rather than beating you down. Train your brain and watch your energy, confidence, and action level up.

  1. Love this, Rachel. As an elite centerfielder with a rocket arm AND a conference winning coach at elite schools, you know and lived and are now re-teaching this truth. 

    Self-limiting beliefs must be named before they can be rooted out and replaced with the self-liberating truths that set you free.
