Failing to follow through on or complete your productive actions will happen. Life will get in the way. An emergency, sick, you simply forget. Not a problem. It’s a problem when it becomes a pattern. If you allow one off week to be an excuse for a 2nd, or for future inconsistency…big problem.
Get back on the horse, so to speak. Start a better pattern. What are the patterns you need to change? What patterns align you with the leader you want to be?

Thank you for the simple (and timely) reminder, Rachel. Don’t be down on self when “life” happens – these occurrences are inevitable. Give some grace and reset. Get right back into the flow with regular writing, practicing 7 good minutes, knocking out PAs one at a time. BTL writing has been done in waves since last group practice – I find it happens best on my Metra commute in the early AM. Working to create better habits, smarter repeatable routines, to enable the CORE work to get done.
Love it. Can’t wait to hear more on Monday!
