Make decisions earlier than you feel you need to when they’re a drain on your energy. A client of mine is in start up mode. Is it time to bring more help into the business? Hard decision when you’re in early start up and every dollar is valuable. We changed our lens – what about the value of time and energy? If it’s a huge drain on your energy, it might be time to pull the trigger even though it doesn’t make much cents, yet. Doesn’t mean make flagrantly unwise decisions. It does mean make small bets, and make them on things that move the needle and save or give you energy.
