Stress is inevitable. Stress inoculation is therefore highly valuable. How are you building your ability to handle increased stress loads? Invite more stress in (Eustress) in order to increase your capacity to handle it.
Do hard (and increasingly harder) things at the edge of your capacity. Not the panic zone, but the edge of the challenge zone, just before panic. Challenge yourself to stay there a little longer than is comfortable, a little longer than it feels like you can handle. Then take a rest. Stress+rest=growth. The next time you attack that challenge or another like it, you’ll have an increased capacity to endure and thrive under the load.
