Our PURPOSE:

We wake up dead people.

Once people are awake, we are catalysts that assist individuals, teams, and leaders in discovering and building their CORE.

Who they are.
What they believe.
What they want and why they want it.
What makes them STRONG and how to build themselves ever STRONGER.

We build strong, CORE centered individuals, teams, and leaders. We build sustainable high performers in work and life.

Our PASSION:

We love inspiring individuals, teams, and leaders to dream again. We love inspiring people to get on the hero’s journey and live their OPUS. We inspire our families, friends, and clients to face their fears. Together, we drop the real “f bomb.” We love to study,learn, and apply what sustains high performance individuals, teams, and leaders. Our passion is to help our families, friends, and clients reach their dreams and by doing so reach ours.

Our PROCESS:

We coach one on one to build STRONG individuals. We facilitate “practice” sessions to build STRONG teams. We work hard. We build STRONG individuals, teams, and leaders through the application of our proven framework. The 12 Essentials of Personal Excellence, the 8 Essentials of Leading Teams, together with the 4 Essentials of Leading Leaders is our framework for building sustainable high performance in work and life. These are the Essentials of Excellence. This is the hard work that builds STRONG lives.

We are BUILT TO LEAD. We live STRONG. We believe together we improve. We ask a ton of questions. We wake up dead people. We are catalysts for ourselves, families, friends, and clients BIG dreams. Our framework and their hard work turn dreams into new realities. This is cool. We love being present when people begin to dream and do. We celebrate early and often. We are having a blast! We mine for conflict, we embrace some chaos, and we expect this hero’s journey to also be a struggle. What’s weird is that we no longer fear the tests. We welcome the tough tests. We love our families, friends, and clients. We love this work. This is our MAGNUM OPUS!
