Awesome week at BUILT TO LEAD.
Too busy though. I’m very thankful that weeks like this one are the exception for me.
I held practice with three different teams this week and they were all really cool. I met another BUILT TO LEAD builder too. His name is George Dom and he’s from California. You will LOVE getting to know him. He is going to be a great builder. Enough on me and George. This one is about Matrka. I rarely name my clients here. This is an exception. Here’s why.
These guys are COOL. Here’s the best part. They don’t even know it. They have no idea.
Lula is the bomb. She is exploding with clear, concise, and direct. She holds them all together.
Allan is quiet. He is the calming influence who soaks up everything and finds the “strong truths” and then apply’s them in his work and life. Who knew it really could be that EASY.
Michael is finding his voice. He knows the work he LOVES and he is both telling us and doing something about it.
Andy is sweet. He could sell anybody anything and they would LOVE buying it. His only room for growth is between his ears. Once he realizes how good he is there will be no stopping him.
Mike is the berries. He beats himself up, lifts everybody else up, and always brings his best. He is one of my all time favorite clients and a real man. He gives the gift of practice to his TEAM. He really GIVES. He is a BUILT TO LEAD BUILDER.
Lastly there is the other Andy. His new name is “Mr. Green Jeans.” He reminds me of my oldest son in so many ways. He has a heart filled with passion. He realy believes that he is going to change the world. I believe him too.

They are a beautiful TEAM. They are STRONG. They are the berries. They are a living example of what it means to build a small GIANT. Very cool.
