Tonight my son, Taylor and I said goodbye. We say goodbye often without thinking. Tonight we hugged a little longer. We had just enjoyed a number of days together uninterrupted by the “input of life.” We had invested our days together at the pool and the court. MAGIC.
Tonight he boarded the plane and headed back up north. I’m staying on a little longer. A part of my heart went back with Taylor, Miss, and Krits. Tonight I can’t stop thinking about our goodbye. It was a good goodbye.

I enjoyed one tonight. It wasn’t planned. I was simply saying goodbye to my little man. And there it was. I can’t plan for these. Neither can you. I can, however, tune in and capitalize when the moment occurs. I’ll remember this goodbye Tay. Thank YOU!!
