I’ve got 25 years of experience…

I’ve got 25 years of experience and yet I can’t seem to influence people around here. I’m paraphrasing but this was the essence of my first session with a really nice, new client. His sentiment is shared by countless CEO’s, business owners, middle managers, and star performers. We all want our influence to spread, our process to carry the day, and “our way” to be considered by all around us as “the highway.”

Build something “attractive” and nature will take it’s course. It may happen overnight, it may take months, it may take much longer. Keep building something you believe in and leave the “attacking” to someone else.

Lasting influence comes to those that build, rebuild, and keep building something strong…something attractive and something that works. Eventually people will come in for a closer look.

Why are you and I in such a hurry to spread our “winning” culture?

How attractive is your culture in your “twenty square feet?”

How do you know?

What “truth tellers” can validate your culture case?

Why are trying to spread faster than nature?

Why is your way the highway?

Are your results really as good as you think they are?
