Here’s an observation. Most teams, I’ve noticed, are focused on the wrong metric. They are focused on getting bigger. Bigger revenues, bigger shares, bigger profits, bigger buildings, bigger clients, bigger salaries, and BIGGER results of all kinds.
Teams that are MAGIC simply have a more productive focus. They focus on getting BETTER. Getting bigger, in time, will happen naturally. Organically.
Very cool.
Yesterday I witnessed two different CEO’s working with two different high performers on their respective teams. It was really fun to watch. All four are getting BETTER.
