According to Rchard Restak in his book, Mozart’s Brain and the Fighter Pilot, he describes slowing your breathing as the best way to get your brain chemicals back in line when they’re under heavy stress.  Want to avoid the worst of all reactions to stress…want to stop PANIC before it starts?
