Today while speaking and listening to one of the Band’s brand new clients I was sharing my story. His body language told me that he was connecting. In between bites of Hunan, he blurted out that it must be nice to NOT have FEAR.
Oops.
Guess we were close but no cigar. I told him that I have a boatload of FEAR and that sometimes I’m overwhelmed with self doubt and anxiety. I can still catastrophize with the best of them. AND, I told him there’s just one difference between me now vs. the me of old. Here it is. Do NOT miss this.
Today, I have more LOVE than fear.
Boatloads.
This overwhelming feeling of LOVE is what enables me to be so optimistic about today and even moreso about tomorrow regardless of who is buying or who isn’t.
This is the recipe for ACTing our way forward throughout life.
