The problem with your work is NOT what you think.  The problem is not your boss, your market, your competition, or your compensation.  The problem is not the economy, the environment, or the team.  It’s just not.

The problem with your work is that your work does not challenge you as much as your hunt, your children, your golf, your hike, your bike, your portfolio, your snow board, your dog, or your push up, pull up, and plank.  The solution is so simple it’s almost humorous.

Create new challenges, today, that mean something to your work and that make it more like a game.  Create new challenges today and take some “baby steps” into them.  OPUS is not meant to be easy.  Funny, huh.
