Get ’em tired together…

Peteboy loves relationships.  Gurue loves to process and then proceed.  I love to mix it up and stir the pot.  M&M loves to push it right up to the breaking point.

Yesterday we all planked, pulled, and pushed in the basement.  Nobody cared about our differences.  All we noticed was that we were getting tired, together.  It was a good tired.

Together, we improved.  Together, we laughed.  Together, we related and connected.  Together, we processed and made progress.  Together, we pushed each other.  Together, we mixed it up and lost track of time.  Together, we got tired.

Yesterday, we built our sCORE (strong CORE) physically and figuratively.  Tomorrow, M&M and I will do it again.  We’ll get tired, together.

As you build your team in your work and life, remember to get ’em tired together.  When you and I get tired together we tend to forget that one of us loves chaos and the other loves structure and order.  We tend to remember that we were tired, together.

AND, it was a good tired.

Get your team tired together.  Their differences will melt away.  They just will.

Magic…

  1. AND, in order to s.core, you have to ATtaCk! One strategy fairly common in team sports is called the “give and go”. In it’s simplest form it’s when one player under pressure gives the ball to his open teammate and then moves himself into another open space to receive the ball back. So much good shit in that strategy its ridiculous. You could take it one step farther BTL style and call it “give and gRoW” because Relationships Win games, together we improve baby!
