Today, I met with three old clients and one that is new. The new one, is just getting started and wants to know where we’re going, how we’ll keep score, what will be the deliverables, how will his leadership skills improve, and all kinda other questions that have no easy answer.
As I told him the unvarnished truth, I laughed, inside, at the humor of the situation. The BUILT TO LEAD process makes no sense and cannot be explained into being understood. The BTL process must be experienced; period.
I kinda LOVE this about our work. I love the fact that our process either grabs your heart and jerks it outa your chest, or it bounces off your fortress and so do we.
