PA.
PA is short for productive action. PA is what causes greatness.
PA that comes from within individuals. PA that comes from within individuals with incredible discipline. PA that comes from within individuals, with incredible discipline, and moves them toward their big dream. PA that comes from within individuals, with incredible discipline, moves them toward their big dream, causing conflict with other individuals who have incredible discipline and are moving toward their big dream too.
And, PA that resolves conflict based on what works. This kinda resolution results in a team that performs. Weak, undisciplined, whiny butts need not apply.
Want some greatness? Collins is right, we are all BTL by our choices. Choose PA. Choose to kick some ass, namely your own. Stop hoping that the answer to what is holding you back is one more read, one more meeting, one more conference, or one more silver bullet.
Instead study your commitment to PA. Study your playbook of productive action, and kick it up a notch. Transform your CORE into your sCORE. Author your OPUS. You and I build greatness one PA at a time.
