As you may have noticed, we are unpacking these words by giving you the thoughts that are behind them. We hope this is helpful as you author your OPUS and authentically align toward your aim. Today, let me explain why we’ve made the “a” in awaken, the “c” in challenge, and the “t” in transform, bold. Together, these bold letters become ACT. Our pupose in awakening, challenging, and transforming is not theoretical. All three require action, actually all three require production action. You become ONE, you become BTL, you become Y.O.U. , not by what you learn, but by how you ACT, productively with your newly acquired knowledge. This is why we bring emphasis to these letters in our purpose statement. This may seem trivial. This may seem like it’s just a nit and no bigee. In actuality this is one of a thousand nuances to our work. And, as you will discover with your builder, transformational lives are lived by “finding the melody line,” and a thousand nuances and then a thousand more. Nuances are not nits. Nuances are what separate masters from the mediocre middle. Nuances, knitted together, are the very fabric of greatness.
