Different…

By way of reminder…

CORE centered individuals are different.  They don’t necessarily, fit in easily.  Their strength may rub many wrong.  They won’t be the same person you remembered they were “back in the day.”  CORE centered leaders will soon come to understand that they will always live under construction and deeply changing.  The deep change within, does make them more defined and differentiated.  AND, different.

The CORE centered leader will evolve.  Normal humans stop evolving and start “fitting in” early and often.  They don’t deeply change.  You’ll notice them at every reunion, telling the same stories, popular as ever.  They don’t seem very different because, in fact, they aren’t.  The truth is that most of us regress instead of progress. Funny that we think all other forms of life must evolve to survive and yet we think we can simply stay in our comfort zone and remain the same.

This is wishful thinking.

The truth is that all of us are either evolving or regressing.

CORE centered individuals are different because they are deeply changing.  They are purposely choosing to become more defined and more differentiated.  They understand the rub that this will create.  They choose to be different.  They understand that their journey is their journey and that it’s alright to NOT be familiar to who they were.  After all, it isn’t back in the day that is their aim.  Becoming who you already are, is REAL, HARD, WORK.

The builders journey is a different path.
