Once you’ve found your melody line and authored your OPUS around your strong CORE, it’s a done deal; the world will simply get outa your way and all kinda peace on earth, popularity, and profits will flow your way.
Not necessarily.
Leaders are believers, yes. This belief is what allows them to cut through all the noise and clangor and remain focused on their aim, their OPUS. And, leaders are connectors too. Leaders understand that the clearer they become on who they are and where they’re going the more difficulty their followers will face. No organization as it grows makes a decision to become more bureaucratic; bureaucracy just creeps its way in. Likewise, no leader as they become more complex and complete, makes a decision to become more cursed as well. The curse of knowledge just creeps its way in. This curse, remember, is that once we know something, anything, we cannot remember what it was like to NOT. Yikes…
Got more clarity of your melody line than committed followers?
Work on your story. Make it concrete, concise, as simple as possible (never moreso), and surprising. Make it sticky. Make it emotional. All these will combine to make you memorable. And, slowly and sometimes suddenly, your melody line will begin to attract the right audience. Follow this “proven methodology” and soon you’ll be spreading your melody down the line…
Remember, a “damn few” is all you need to spread like an epidemic. A “damn few” that are committed. A “damn few” that have found their melodly line aligns with your own. A “damn few” that deeply connect.
Go on. Y.O.U. got this…
