Keturah gave me the book, Love Does, by Bob Goff this Christmas. Bob’s story hardly seems real and makes no sense. Keturah likes that. Me too. You see, Keturah is all about living her life toward those she loves with a kinda whimsy and abandon that can only be fueled by love. God has placed in her the desire to bring about social justice in places most women avoid. She runs toward them. Bob has too.
If you want to glimpse a picture of God and see what He inspires in crazy vessels willing to let Him in, pick up a copy of the book, Love Does. At a minimum your purchase will bring benefit to the students at Restore Leadership Academy in Gulu, Uganda. All of Bob’s book proceeds go directly there. It hardly seems real and makes no sense. That, my friends, is what love does. Love always does something. Love does.
Thanks Keturah. You are a bright, beautiful, and beneficial blue topaz for your world. God bless you.
And, a heartfelt thanks to Bob for your book and your life. It’s so cool that both read like a novel, only better. God, help me give with a bit more abandon and love inspired whimsy. God, help me…
