Humans are hard wired for prejudice. This prejudice has been key to our survival and, at the same time, the main reason behind why we war. Today, we took a team of 26 prejudiced people and turned them into 13 pairs. We practiced 7 good minutes and began to train our brains to “deeply understand” instead of follow the default wiring of simply rushing to judge.
Today, a team of 13 pairs began to build some trust. Very cool. Can you imagine what the world would look like if our political leaders practiced 7 good minutes with each other…
