Charlotte’s challenge…

Charlotte was confused during her last BTL practice. She debated why she was coming and almost didn’t come to practice 72 yesterday. She came. She got challenged by me.

She represents what has spread around this system like an epidemic. She is addicted to noise. She wastes her time by giving her limited attention to the wrong kinda people. She is overly tuned into the noise. Her job is to tune in like an animal being stalked to the person that matters – the person who can pay. She doesn’t notice what this distraction does to her production. Her customers just don’t quite connect to her message. All it takes is a little noise on the line to drop the call…

Josh is having his best month of production ever. He is finding his stride. He is aligning his deepest held beliefs, his worldview, to his work. His beliefs align with his behavior, if you will. His customers connect to Josh’s belief and find a way to make a payment. The difference is him. People buy from people they believe. People connect to clarity.

Noise is the enemy. Distraction is the enemy. Your divided attention is the enemy. Focusing on yet another technique is the enemy. Putting second things first is the enemy.

Want to improve your performance? Align your behaviors with your deepest held beliefs. Start by gaining more clarity within. Start by rinsing your worldview and taking out the bullshit beliefs that bear no resemblance to your behavior. The clearer your beliefs the more consistent your behaviors. Your customers, teammates, and teenagers, connect to the same thing – your consistency.

Consider yourself challenged. Y.O.U. awake enough to get it?
