Resolve in 2014 to compare yourself to nobody.
Let that thought sink in a bit, my friend. Resolve, instead, to reach toward your God given potential. Resolve to aim at your creators glory; not your leaders, spouses, friends, or followers. Resolve to serve your creator from the fullness of your gratitude. Resolve to give your gifts a bit more freely and joyfully.
Resolve to care less about who gets the credit.
Resolve to put yourself in acute pain aimed at making you better and those around you even moreso. Resolve to look the chronic stuff in the eye, decide to go acute, and discover peace on the other side. Resolve to build your CORE into your sCORE and say next to nothing about your gain. Resolve to pray a prayer of thanksgiving for the moment you are in. Resolve to face your anxiety at it’s root and ask God for help. Resolve to build your faith in something you cannot grasp, cannot control, cannot understand, cannot touch, cannot see, and yet CAN somehow experience the fruit – a peace that makes no sense until it does.
