A client recently told me “he was working on finishing one of his PA’s.” His response was his way of telling me to leave him alone. He is trying. Normal.
Elite leaders finish. Exceptional leaders don’t try to finish what they’ve told the team they’ll do. Nope, they don’t. Excellence demands they simply do what they say they will do. Integrity isn’t some kinda shade of gray. Integrity is the alpha and omega of leadership, remember. Your team does not care how hard you are trying to do what you told them you will do. Your team wants you to keep your promises. And, your team would appreciate you having the guts to tell them what you aren’t gonna do too. You know, those few PA’s at the bottom of your PoP that never receive a check. Come clean, please.
