Becoming built to lead is no laughing matter – it requires real, hard, work. The learner will be forced to look honestly in the mirror and face facts. Laughing as you learn is a leading indicator you’ve got your emotions intelligently working with your reason. My best clients laugh when challenged, corrected, and convicted of their own need to change. And, somehow, these lighthearted souls are the same ones I watch in amazement as they display grit and determination through one adversity after another. These men and women are learners par excellence.
