Alicia’s answer…

Practice 98 – Hopper asks why we don’t have leaders emerging amongst the legions of collectors. The system used to have positional leaders in this area. They were known as “Team Leads.” Hopper wants to lead here and has made an attempt. He was looking for some advice in hopes his next attempt would be greeted more positively by his peers.

Practice 99 – Alicia shares her OPUS with the team after I ask her to do so. She does so, kinda reluctantly. Her big dream is California BIG. She speaks from her heart about purpose, strategies, and baby steps moving her in a westward kinda direction. She takes questions and answers people with ccd clarity. Cynic asks a piercing one. He heard something from Alicia he wanted to believe but couldn’t quite process without confirming his thinking. He asks why she would give something she had worked so hard to clean up to another teammate. He’s hoping he’s going to hear something cool from a like minded teammate. Without thinking, Alicia explained it’s simply an outcome of her clear OPUS – she wants to help people like Laura! Cynic smiles and says that’s cool. Cynic connects.

Hopper, I hope you see what I see and what the “alert and oriented” team of collectors see. Alicia is a leader. Alicia has a vision worth dying for. Alicia lives in the same chaotic village as countless other collectors, has adversity and distraction all around, and could easily get lost in gossip and go all Kartrashian on us. Alicia, however, has chosen to become CEO of Y.O.U. and whatever collectors come alongside – so be it. Remember, leaders are believers, First. And leaders are connectors too.

Great question, Hopper. Alicia – thanks for answering…
