Yesterday Churp’s team hit a milestone. They didn’t break a revenue goal, land their biggest account ever, release a new product, or record a record profit. Yesterday, roughly three years from practice ONE, Churp’s team gathered in the think tank for practice ONE hundred. We added a second zero to a column next to nobody in the world of work gives a flip about.

We ventured into the discipline essential and were reminded of how masters learn. We built trust. Ray came clean when I least expected it. Practice 1, 10, 100, 1000. We’ll add the next zero in fifteen years at our current rate of sixty/year. Churp will be in his 50’s and I’ll be just turning 70, The Lord willing. We’ll be living out the “O” (overarching vision) in my OPUS. We will be growing old but not tired together. We will be living out our tagline, together we improve. We will be building each other and a few other crazies will be doing the same. We’ll be learning and we’ll still be becoming BTL. Love, love, love this visual.
