Great leaders embrace paradox. Today, one of my clients embraced asking more curious questions, giving more definitive answers, all while not overwhelming his team with his complex thinking. My coaching brought clarity and confusion. A year ago he would have responded with some kinda angry statement about me talking out of both sides of my mouth.
Today, after thinking about it awhile, he responded simply – “I get it.”
