Dialogue, don’t diagnose…

Lets assume you read the last rant, just for giggles. If you want to become a more virtuous leader of another, here’s a really good nugget to hold in your head. Your bride, brother, son, daughter, husband, neighbor, teammate, boss, peer, or pretty much any other kinda human you can think of doesn’t want you to fix them. However, all humans the world ’round want at least someone to get them. Fix me, not so much. Get me? Yes, please.

So, today in whatever endeavor you’re leading, initiate dialogue. Start here. Dialogue? Yes, please. Diagnose? No thanks. Dialogue, don’t diagnose. Real, hard, work. Thanks, for the food for thought my KC friend. Thank you…
