“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” Anais Nin said that many years ago. It’s as true as ever today. As you look at the risks in front of you today just remember that you are made to blossom. You are made to be seen. You and your team are at greater risk if you pull back and tightly wrap yourself up in the bud.
Discover your strengths, clarify what gives you energy, become aware of how you feel when you are working in your OPUS. AND, slowly tilt the table in your favor. Slowly begin to invest more of your days doing what you love to do. You will become BUILT TO LEAD. Regardless of where you work and live, you will become more productive too.
Remember, it’s riskier to hunker down and remain in the bud. Bud or blossom. You choose. Your choices have consequence.
