Today was another freakin’ magic BTL team practice. The leaders did literal core work in front of their team. The team loved it and cheered them on like crazy men. The leaders got caught up in the wave of emotion and you could see it carry them through the pain. It was really cool.
We are naturally wired to stick it to the man, remember. On the other hand, we stick to the HUman. Vulnerability, transparency, playfulness and humility make you more HUman, leader. We do not run through walls for the man. We run through walls for the HUman. Be more HUman leader. Good.
