Yesterday, during practice 100 with a strong team of Producers and COO’s, we slowed down and went back. We reflected on how much growth we’ve seen individually and collectively over the past 8 years. It was pure juice listening to the stories.
As always, it was easier for most to esteem another than it was to esteem themselves. Most of us still haven’t figured how to be hard on self and not down on self. The room was full of high performers and most laughed at how little they esteem their effort, much less result. So, we went in reverse and gave ourselves some credit for both. It. Was. Good.
Slow down. Reflect. Write. Measure progress looking back. Dream big about your future. Celebrate the moment. Challenge yourself and those you believe in to keep reaching. Give and take care. Remember, self esteem comes from within. You have to make the choice to let others esteem sink in, you know. You choose. Your choices have consequences.
