Mistakes…

Mistakes are part of nearly every performance. Disasters are not. First mistakes rarely are disastrous. Third, fourth, or fifth ones are usually the culprit. We make a mistake, get angry or let fear grip us and before you know it we make another one and then another. The key to mastery is limiting your mistakes, not compounding them.

Make a mistake. Train the brain to slow down. Breathe. Breathe again. Calm the emotions. Think. Regain composure. Now you are ready to make a better decision. You are ready to create positive momentum not compound a mistake.

Slow down. Reflect. Write. You made a mistake. We all do. Don’t compound it. Fail. Learn. Level up. Remember?

Live hard. Love ❤️ harder…
