Rich Reda, that is. This morning, as Miss and I sipped our coffee’s at KCI, I overhead a young couple next to us lamenting their chosen careers. They appeared to be in their late 20’s. The young women wished she had finished her aerospace engineering program and the young man wished he had completed his degree in architecture. The only silver lining, he concluded was his work was easy, just long hours. I didn’t have the heart to tell him he won’t last long. Easy, long hours is a recipe for boredom and distraction. Unsustainable.
