When it works, it works. This is the equivalent to when it’s right, it’s right. Kinda like when you know, you know. Here’s the nuance and more complete truth I shared yesterday in practice with a new partnership doing great work at the moment.

When it works, it works. And, it’s still work. Never stop working.

When it’s right, it’s right. And, it can still go horribly wrong. Never stop repairing, right?

When you know, you know. And, you never really know. Never stop learning, changing, growing.

Most fights/breakups are not about money whether in marriage, partnership, or business.

Most fights are about nothing. And, somehow nothing turned into something. Just because it’s working now or feels so damn right, do not assume it will stay that way. Keep working. Never stop. Make sense? It will, you know, when it works.
