HAC…

Today, we held practice ONE.03, at a historical building in the heart of London. We are practicing, I’m told, on the most expensive piece of real estate in all of London. The HAC (Honourable Artillery Company) was established back in 1537 by Henry VIII. The building was built in 1735 and is an architectural beauty.

Today’ practice concludes our three day drink from the fire hose. We’ve built trust and will build more. We studied history so as to not repeat it. We told stories. Learned about ourselves and each other. I’m tired and it’s good. You, friend, have a history. Are you learning from it or repeating it? Slow down. Reflect. Get tired with those you love. Together we transform. Always together. Never stop.
