Small giants choose being great over being scaleable. Small giants choose excellence over good enough. Small giants are like Imoto, not Nobu. Both of these offer world class sushi and service. In my mind, Imoto just does it a little bit better. Our aim, at BTL, is to become a small giant. We too are a work in process. We’ll never be a household name. We hope, however, to make a huge difference with those whom we serve. What’s your aim, leader?
Live hard. Love harder…
