Study. Learn. Apply. This is one of the central tenets of BTL. We study history, ourselves, and our clients. We, as Builders, are committed to lifelong learning. We are paid to learn, in fact. And, we apply our limited learning and repeat the cycle. We study, learn, apply. We are always under construction and incomplete – work in process, you know. 

What about you, leader? Are you a sometimes student of your game? Do you learn mostly when you lose or do you believe abject failure is found when winning without learning? Are you applying your learning in work and life or are you only mastering your craft and leaving nothing in the tank for applying at home? Are you a lifelong student of yourself?
