Give more than you take. Reach a hand out to the hurting. Stop looking for a handout. Turn toward those bidding for your most precious, your attention. Put the phone away. Lock in to your client, colleague, or your coworker getting coffee and in a rush to get on. Slow ’em down.
Look them in the eyes. Be interested instead of trying to be so damn interesting. Love is the universal juice we need more of on every team. I’m talking phileo, friends.
