I’ve been obsessed with Build to Lead since Chet first put me in a plank. I love everything about it—the aim, the mantras, the framework, the challenge, and the thousands of nuances that make BTL distinctly different from other leadership programs out there.
I’ve been blessed with the best of three worlds. As a Client, with 15 years of getting my ass kicked by Chet—while taking my team through 400+ team practices. As a Builder, where I now get to kick some ass myself, working with leaders and guiding them through the BTL framework. And as a Connector, building an online community that’s closing in on 200 members inside the BTL App.
At this point, obsession doesn’t begin to cover it. It’s a full-blown addiction. A productive one—one that’s changed my life and the lives of many others.
But no matter how far I’ve come, I’ll never forget something Chet taught me early on—to always honor the past. Leaders are connectors, and I love to connect. So here’s a quick reminder of how everyone on their builder’s journey got here—and just how far we’ve come since it all started.
