One shot

I believe we only get one beautiful life to live. It’s written all over my core to wake up and live it well, and to help others do the same. I believe it’s far better to expend rather than conserve energy, to do hard things well rather than half ass or take the easy way, to create the life I love rather than let it unfold by happenstance, and to become the person I want to be rather than sit in a skin I don’t love. I have no intentions of looking back at the end and wondering what could have been. I know I’ll look back with a life time of memories that I love. How do I know? Because I’m living them right now.

We may only get one shot at it, but life is plenty long if we use it well (thanks, Seneca). Are you using yours well? Are you building the life you want to live? Becoming the man or woman you want to be? Nobody but you can change it, nobody but you can author it. Write about it, then go start living it.
