Great reminder. Whatever you’re after, do not expect it to be easy. Preload your response to hard. Know it’s coming. Lock arms with a few trusted dudes. Keep getting after it. I’m so inspired by Slo, Jmo, Blondie, and Peej. They hadn’t been in the 3PP for almost two weeks while I was away. Came back this week to a Tuesday killer workout and a Thursday one that was even harder. Broke my sorriness a couple times, but only for a few seconds. Nobody quit. Everyone wanted to. Together we transform. Always together.
