A Built To Lead Commitment

At Built to Lead, we reject the myth of passivity. We do not ask: What happened to you?

We ask: What is happening through you – – – AND – – –  what are you allowing it to produce (fire or fruit?)

Because the world does NOT need more victims with good explanations…(I am a product of my environment). It needs formed AND built men and women with strong COREs who can carry weight without dropping it, suffer without poisoning others and love without needing control.

Life will come. Pressure will come. Pain will come. Uncertainty will come. Death will come.

The only real question is this:

What will it become once it passes through you?

That answer determines whether you merely endure your life – – – or are truly Built to Lead.
