Here is one of the latest worldviews I authored that has led to this open-ended multi-part series on the power of personal agency:
I believe the pool of people that fully embrace the concept of personal agency is shrinking and we must change that course through our work with BTL.
When I wrote this, I wrote that from a perspective as a builder but as I look around the Built to Lead community of builders, clients (current and former), and friends of BTL, I believe this is a critical thread that ties the community together.
Built to Lead clients know that we must take full advantage of this window of opportunity we call life. How do we do that? Back to the melody line that Chester wrote about yesterday: CORE, OPUS, PoP fueled by the framework that has been refined since his moment of truth in 1993.
My PA for the community to build off Chets blog yesterday, is to rinse the O of your w(ork)OPUS, p(ersonal) OPUS or Magnum OPUS. If you aren’t perusing or living your dream, whose dream are you living? Whatever season of life you may be in, there is always a new window of opportunity for us to serve and grow.
