Is your way the HIGHway?

My way IS the highway is one word away from normal. BUILT TO LEAD Leaders are not much different from normal leaders. They live in the same chaotic village that you and I do. They have the same pressures to perform. They have fear too. However, instead of building a fortress and settling for survival they have chosen to live their dream..their HIGHway. Instead of threatening their teams by hard selling “my way or the highway” they iive their HIGHway and inspire you and I to do the same. The corporate highway is crowded with normal leaders that choose to follow the crowd, play it safe, and use fear as an effective motivator. Plenty of followers seem to buy it…but not for long.

As I invest my days in studying high performance individuals, teams, and leaders here is my conclusion. Sell. Sell now. Stop buying into a failed system. Fear had it’s day. It worked for a season before the world was free and flat. High performance cannot be sustained by fear. Close your own integrity gaps and begin to live my way IS the highway. Stop working for fear mongers. Stop being a fear monger. Remember, OPUS is the one you want and it is the only one that will sustain you and your team through the struggles ahead…and there will be struggles ahead. High performance individuals, teams, and leaders live my way IS the highway.
