Decidre is a Latin word that is the root of the English word decision. It means to “cut off.”

To make a “real decision” means you cut off your options. Anything less is non decision.

Today one of my clients held practice. They announced some real decidres.

One of the team made the decision to go home. Cool.

One of the team made a decision to not only write their CORE, but to tell us all about it. Very cool.

One of the team made a decision to restructure the team. This felt like a really BIG decision. This one took some push. When this decision was announced the reaction of the team was surprising. Here’s the learning. The team was surprised that the leaders thought this decision was a BIG one. They saw it as a “no brainer.”

What real decidres are you stil waiting to make?
