Today we had an interesting practice with my one “corporate” client. We invested time trying to free Billy of his one dimensional style. Guess what? We did NOT free Billy. Billy is happy being the bully from Brooklyn…and why NOT? It has worked.
We invested the afternoon in looking in the mirror and getting comfortable with the fact that free Billy is NOT the problem. This group is “stressed.”
At least now they know who to blame.
Guess what?
His name is not Billy.
